Purchase & Delivery Process
Buying a British Shorthair kitten from us is a transparent and thoughtful process that ensures safety for the guardian and well-being for the kitten.

Below you will find each step until final acquisition.
2. Kitten Presentation (around 30 days old)
When kittens are about 30 days old, we share photos, videos, and key details with the registered families so they can evaluate their interest in proceeding.
3. Scheduling a Video Call
If interest is confirmed, we schedule a video call to introduce the kitten live, answer questions, and get to know the family environment.
4. Contract Signing (Purchase Agreement)
After mutual agreement, we issue the purchase contract outlining all terms and rights for both sides in a clear and transparent manner.
5. Deposit Payment (30%)
A 30% deposit is required to reserve the kitten. This amount should be paid immediately after the contract is signed.
6. Remaining Payment (70%)
The remaining 70% can be paid according to an agreed schedule, as long as the full payment is completed at least one week before the delivery date.
7. Kitten Delivery
Delivery starts at 16 weeks of age, after the kitten has completed all health protocols, including vaccinations and neutering. We will inform the date and confirm arrangements with the guardian.
8. Ongoing Support
We offer continuous post-delivery support: answering questions about adaptation, feeding, health, and any other needs the guardian may have.
